According to the invitation to the shareholders of the company Arab aluminum industry "Aral" , the Forty  General Authority meeting was held on Thursday, 04/28/2016 at the company's headquarters in Ein Al-Basha, where the Chairman was initiated the meeting  with a speech  started by welcoming the  audience, and talked about ARAL's  achievements ( earnings and results) during 2015

Decisions of the General Authority were:

 - Ratifying the board of director’s report for the year ended on12.31.2015 and ratifying the future plan of the company.

- Approving the recommendation of the Board of Directors to distribute 6% of the capital as profits.

- Election of Messrs.’ Arab professional group as an auditor of the company for the financial year 2016 and authorize the Board of Directors to determine their fees. –

- Discharge of the Board of Directors for the period ended 12/31/2015, according to the provisions of the law.
