Arab  Aluminum Industry Co. Ltd (ARAL) was honored  by JEA for its firm support in the training of the fresh graduated program .

ARAL used a scheduled training program under the supervision of engineers with experience to prepare them to engage in the local labor market
 An appreciation letter gave to ARAL for their efforts at a ceremony held by the JEA for this purpose
